Ruth joined the Venture Force administration team in 2025 following over 30 years NHS employment. With a background in human resources, workforce data and systems management, she enjoys working with smooth, efficient administrative processes that help everything run seamlessly.
When she’s not working, Ruth’s off travelling and exploring new places, heading outdoors for a stroll and loves to spend time with family and friends.
