We provide first class, once in a lifetime adventures around the globe. Expeditions that will test you both physically and mentally. Simultaneously challenge and stimulate you, whilst positively affecting your world view.
You can join one of our organised expeditions as an individual or with a few friends. Alternatively, if you’re a larger group or organisation we can develop a bespoke activity that completely aligns with your aims.
We firmly believe in equal opportunity for achievement and strive to provide challenges for all those who seek them out. Whether part of a weekend skills programme in the UK or a 3 week trek to Everest Base Camp, we continuously work to provide solutions encouraging active participation.
Challenge Expeditions
From our experience Venture Force know that expeditions and adventure benefit from a diverse team made up of a mixture of characters, abilities and strengths. It’s always been our objective to include everyone and our expeditions are open to all, with or without a disability and where it’s safe to do so.
We want to expand our inclusivity and are developing ‘Challenge Expeditions’ that are designed specifically to encourage a diverse mix of abilities. Whether you are a potential adventurer with a disability or not, these expeditions are for you!
Our challenge expeditions have a specific goal, be it trekking to Everest Base Camp, rafting the rapids of the Nepali Trisuli River, or constructing from scratch a village toilet in a rural African village. These goals are achieved more easily when utilising everyone’s diverse strengths and abilities.
Our challenge to you is to sign up, become an essential part of a team of individuals that collectively overcome all the ups and downs of expedition life and achieve that common goal.

We are different from other expedition providers and proud of it! Our small close knit team has a thirst for and belief in progressive adventures. Between us we have over 60 years combined experience of planning and leading expeditions. We’ve taken people all over the world, from the icefields of Alaska to the jungles of Sumatra and will work with you closely to deliver a complete and personal expedition experience. We are as passionate about the build-up process and attention to detail beforehand, as we are about the safe delivery of the end product.
We are unique in that two suitably qualified and experienced UK leaders will accompany you all the way, working alongside our in-country experts, to ensure an outstanding and unforgettable expedition. They will be backed up by our 24hr UK based operations room staffed by experienced incident handlers. With this tried and tested operating system you can be sure you’re in safe hands.

- are fully accredited and inspected by the Expedition Providers Association (please check their website)
- are ATOL bonded
- are fully insured
- provide 2 fully qualified and experienced expedition leaders on every expedition, who accompany the team from the UK, throughout the expedition and back to the UK
- overseas expeditions are supported by 'Remote Medical Services'
- expeditions are supported by our 24hr Emergency Operations Room, to support our teams who are supplied with a comprehensive communications package
- conduct pre-expedition medical screenings so that team members are fully supported with any medical needs
- our prices are fully inclusive of all expedition costs. The only exclusions are personal costs (visas, vaccinations, passport renewals etc.) or if you would like to join us on one of our training weekends
