Peru

A South American Jewel literally packed with adventure and opportunity for the enthusiastic trekker. The South of Peru contains internationally renowned locations including Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, the Nascar lines, Colca Canyon, Ballestas Island and Cusco to name but a few. Our expeditions are designed to make the most of this vast country whilst respecting the culture and heritage of this proud nation.

Venture Force are skilled at building adventure expeditions in Southern Peru, expeditions to suit your needs and they can include any or all of the following exciting, interesting and satisfying activities.

Your adventure in Peru or South America (if you choose to combine more than one country in a single trip) will be customised to your needs and can consist of one, or a combination of the adventurous activities listed below.  All activities are suitable for school team/youth groups and adults alike!

We would recommend that you base your trip around the Salkantay Trail Trek and thereafter build the other aspects offered to make the most of your time in Peru and design the trip of a lifetime.

Southern Peru contains everything that we require to put together an excellent developmental expedition that is ideal for both personal and team development.  Whether successfully completing a high mountain pass and or providing a small village with sustainable solutions to their problems and issues, whether effectively organising the team’s transport & accommodation, or descending a white water rapid in good form… all supported and facilitated by experienced and fully qualified and British Expedition Leaders.  This is truly the ideal forum for improvement. Participants will not only develop as individuals they will also have the opportunity to develop those soft skills so important in life beyond school.

Venture Force just love the beauty, serenity and ideal acclimatisation afforded by the lesser trodden Salkantay Trek which is internationally acclaimed as one of the World’s top 25 best Treks, by National Geographic Adventure Travel Magazine. This stunning high altitude trail connects the city of Mollepata, Cusco, with the ancient Inca city of Machu Picchu.  The trek is an ancient and remote footpath located in the same region as the Inca Trail where massive snow-capped mountains collide with lush tropical rain forests.
