Known as the ‘Curzon Trail’ after Lord Curzon who explored this region in 1905. It remains one of the most popular treks in the Himalayan mountain region, passing through dense forests of oak, pine, rhododendron, deodar, bugyals and through beautiful meadows teeming with flowers typical of this region. With spectacular views of high snow clad Himalayan peaks such as Trishul, and of course, the famous Nanda Devi, it provides inspiration for even the most experienced trekkers.
Our six day trek is supported by a dedicated, capable and friendly trekking team with years of trekking experience. Consisting two local guides, horsemen and cooks; their expertise and hospitality will ensure our enjoyment and that all our needs are met. This particular team is wild about cricket (as you’d expect in India) and can whittle a cricket bat from nothing and find a reasonable pitch at any altitude. Prepare to be challenged!!!
