Trekking in Chile
Torres del Paine 'O' Circuit Expedition, Chile
A Bucket List Adventure!
Journey to the tip of South America and trek an outstanding route in Chilean Patagonia. The remote and stunning Torres del Paine National Park is famous for soaring mountains, bright blue glaciers and golden pampas. You will be right at the heart of it, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Fly from the UK to Punta Arenas and transfer to Puerto Natales, the gateway to the national park. Spend 8 days trekking the world famous ‘O’ Circuit, a 120km route that circumnavigates the iconic three granite towers that give the park its name. The trail is a mix of undulating gravel paths and boulder fields, winding its way through woods, grassland and mountainous terrain passing huge glaciers along the way. There are breath-taking views around every corner, truly making this a once in a lifetime experience. On completion of the trek you’ll return to Punta Arenas for sightseeing and relaxation before travelling back to the UK.
As never before, it’s time to break from normal life and take on an adventure of a lifetime. Look forward with excited anticipation to travelling with us to a fascinating new destination, joining a team of like-minded people, and pitting yourself against the elements. Our treks, although designed to be challenging, are achievable. You’ll experience invigorating exercise, good food, excellent company, breath-taking scenery, and fresh air.
The national park is a vast and stunning wilderness landscape. You can hardly move for the llama-like guanacos in Torres del Paine, but it is most famous for its more elusive puma population. It will be difficult to find a more inspiring location to trek.

Embrace the challenge and remember the unique experience!
This trek is in a very remote area, almost as far south as you can go without being in Antarctica and the weather reflects this – you can have all four seasons in one day. You’ll need to be able to walk for between 4 and 8 hours a day carrying a rucksack. We provide advice for training to get yourself expedition fit.
As we prepare for the trek accommodation will be a mixture of hostels, with meals at local cafes. Accommodation on the trek will be tents and food prepared by trekking cooks. Meals will consist of nutritious but simple foods that are ideal for trekking.
There will be limited access to electricity for charging devices so be prepared. Please be aware that as this is an expedition in a remote environment, itinerary changes may occur, however Venture Force will keep these to an absolute minimum.
