VENTURE FORCE - MILITARY EXPEDITIONS
We offer a tailor made and bespoke service to military groups, Regular, TA/UOTC and Cadets which ensures that you have a successful expedition. We have the experience of over 20 years of leading military adventure training which includes numerous expeditions to the World’s Greater Ranges as well as many high European mountains and UK based multi-activity packages. This expertise is current and meets all current service AT clearance criteria. Additionally, for cadet units our leaders are all CRB checked and first aid qualified and have experience of youth work in an outdoor context.

If all you need is advice and mentoring, that is also possible as well as technical instruction for more demanding mountain climbing expeditions. We can provide instructors who are service recognized and are fully integrated into the Service Adventure Training scheme. This means that you could get not only an instructor/leader but help with the development of your plan to the level where it can be submitted through service authorities.

Our specialism however, is high altitude expeditions and in this we can provide you with service recognized instructors and the best experience to enable you to achieve your mountain goals. We all know about the 6P’s, but for this to work you need expertise, we have that with some of the most experienced AT instructors from the services – including some still serving.

If you are looking for an instructor with lots of expertise or are too busy to do all the legwork, we can provide a complete package with plans ready up to High Risk and Remote Panel level – you only have to deliver it.

Sample expeditions are European Alpine 4000 Metre Peaks, Mt Blanc Packages, Alpine mountain Proficiency Packages, Andean 6000m Peaks in Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Equador, Nepal and Indian Himalayas, African Peaks – Kilmanjaro, Mt Kenya, Rwenzori’s in Uganda. Anything is possible.

What is more important, is that we have some of the army’s most successful AT Instructors with a nearly 95% success rate of getting people to the top of hard mountains as well as skiing to a very high level. All you need are participants and an idea of what you want. We can deliver all you need in order maximize your recovery from Ops or a busy training cycle. We can also offer ski packages at very competitive prices with service instructors and service TA Awards. This can be from beginner to advanced as well as Touring and Ski Racing. We have an instructor who has run an army championship ski racing team for many years.
